Catherine Rivadeneyra Bello
Founder and Chef

Catherine is a professional chef and certified health coach from Mexico, she wants to bring Mexican contemporary cuisine to people in Iceland. She has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world- Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura (Beverly Hills), Hisa Franko (Slovenia), Kato (Los Angeles), and currently Dill (Iceland). Her cooking philosophy focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating flavorful, nourishing meals. She believes that with the right elements in place, everyone can feel comfortable cooking, hosting, and coming together around food. Her goal is to help you overcome any intimidation, so you can truly enjoy the experience of being with others, feel proud of what you've accomplished, and be recognized for everything you bring to the table.
